Common questions

Straight answers. No runaround.

What does "confirmed with the dealer per order" mean?
It means we don't hold a warehouse of stock. When you order a piece with that note, we reach out to the supplier to confirm the specific item is available before we send you an invoice. Nothing ships until that confirmation is in hand. It takes a little longer than a warehouse pick-and-ship, but you're never invoiced for something we can't get.
Are these items physically in stock right now?
It depends on the product. Each listing carries an honest availability note — "Hand-picked, ready to invoice" means we have a confirmed source and can move quickly. "Confirmed with the dealer per order" means we verify availability for each order. "Short run" means limited pieces exist. If in doubt, the note on the product card is the real answer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments on-site when the payment system is live, or we can send you an invoice and take payment that way. Either path ends the same: nothing ships until the piece is sourced and confirmed. The payment option available to you will be shown in your cart.
How does sizing work?
Each product lists the exact sizes available — waist/inseam for denim, D-width sizing for boots, and S through 2XL for tops. The sizes shown are the run we can source; if your size isn't listed, it isn't available. Bundle fits (the full-outfit picks) are sized by hand: tell us your measurements and preferences after ordering and we'll sort the fit for you.
How do the bundle fits work?
The bundle picks (Country Boy Starter Fit and Last-Call Legend Fit) are complete outfits assembled by hand — denim, a top, leather and a boot picked to work together. After you order, we collect your sizes and preferences and confirm each piece individually before the invoice goes out. Nothing is shipped until the whole fit is confirmed.
What categories does the store carry?
Four categories right now: Denim (bootcut and statement jeans), Tees & Layers (graphic tees, pearl snap shirts, canvas vests), Boots (everyday and statement western boots), and Leather (tooled belts, carry goods, felt hats). The selection is deliberately small — every piece is hand-picked, not scraped from a wholesale catalog.
Who picks the products?
Wyatt Cole — the owner. Every piece on the rack was chosen by hand. No algorithm, no drop-shipping catalog, no marketplace listing. If it's here, it's because he picked it.
Can I buy items marked "Short run — rights pending"?
Not yet. That note means we've identified the piece but are still working through sourcing rights with the maker. The listing is up so you can see what's coming; it will update when it's ready to order. If you want to be notified, reach out to support@fanxora.network.
What is the return or exchange policy?
We don't have a published return policy yet — this store is still finalising the details. If you have a problem with an order, reach out to support@fanxora.network and we'll sort it out directly.
How long does shipping take?
We don't publish a standard shipping timeline because it depends on the sourcing path for each piece. "Hand-picked, ready to invoice" items move faster than dealer-confirmed orders. After your order is confirmed we'll give you a realistic estimate. Email support@fanxora.network if you have a deadline.
Is there a physical store I can visit?
The Bougie Redneck is online-only right now. No brick-and-mortar location at the moment.
